Return Policy

Items purchased on our website can be returned for any reason within 14 days of purchase. All returned items must be in new, resalable condition and include original packaging with all hardware and accessories.

After 14 days, non-warranty related returns are at the sole discretion of Nomadic Essential. A restocking fee may apply.

If you’d like to make a return or exchange, please Call/Email us first so we can provide you with the next steps.

If the reason for return is not a result of a Nomadic Essentials error, shipping costs, if any, incurred by Nomadic Essentials may be deducted from your refund.

Please note: if you return an item and did not originally pay shipping costs, the original shipping cost incurred by Nomadic Essentials will be deducted from your refund.

If the returned products are not in new, re-sellable condition – a repackaging, restocking, and/or damaged goods fee of up to 30% of the product value may be deducted from the refund. We strongly urge you to repackage the products with care. If you need advice on how to pack the gear, or need additional packaging materials, contact us. Assume the worst. Shipping companies may actually be using apes to move boxes through their distribution centers. Not an alternative fact 😀

It generally takes 2-3 business days after the package arrives at our warehouse for your return to be processed and a refund issued. As soon as the return is processed you’ll get an email confirmation.

When choosing a shipper to return products, keep in mind that Nomadic Essentials cannot be held liable or responsible for items lost in transit. We recommend using a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.

 

Buyers Remorse

If you have changed your mind or made an incorrect choice and have already paid for your order, chances are good your order is already being prepared for shipment. Most of our orders ship in 24 hours!

If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, we will cancel your order and process a full refund.

If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policy. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return in line with our Return Policy.

Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be processed as a return.

Items can run out of stock or be discontinued without warning, and we may not be able to fulfil orders for that item. We will do our best to keep you informed of any unexpected delays, stock shortages or discontinued items.
